Cours de Réparation des Cancers Cutanés de la Face

Il s’agit d’un cours de perfectionnement, spécialisé pour la pratique chirurgicale des cancers cutanés de la face Il est destiné aux chirurgiens ORL, plasticiens, maxillo-faciaux et aux dermatologues à orientation chirurgicale. Il se déroulera sous la forme de 2 sessions de 2 jours :
Première session: jeudi 22 et vendredi 23 mai 2025
Deuxième session: jeudi 27 et vendredi 28 novembre 2025
Objectif pédagogique :
Ce cours dédié à la réparation des pertes de substance cutanées de la face sera réalisé à l’Institut Universitaire de la Face et du Cou à Nice. Il a pour but l’apprentissage et le perfectionnement de tous les procédés et lambeaux utilisés en chirurgie réparatrice des tumeurs cutanées de la face. Grâce à des conférences interactives, de nombreux cas cliniques et des vidéos, toutes les localisations des pertes de substance de la région céphalique seront abordées de façon exhaustive.
La première session abordera la réparation de la région latéro-faciale de la joue et du pavillon ainsi que des localisations buccale, frontale et du scalp. Le problème des complications et des échecs de la réparation seront discutés. La seconde session traitera des principes généraux, de l’anatomopathologie cutanée, des marges carcinologiques et des moyens de réparation, puis spécifiquement de la réparation de la région médio-faciale orbito-palpébro-nasale.
